AMANDA ANDALON, Services for Students with Disabilities:
Amanda always puts in an effort to bring joy and life to our office through her fun contributions to staff meetings, decorations around the office, activities for us to do as staff, and more. I appreciate Amanda’s spirit so much, and in addition to the great work she does for her position, the light she brings to the office is much appreciated and needed to help get through the daily grind! Thank you for what you do for us, Amanda!

CRYSTAL BISHOP, University Registrar:
Shout out to Crystal for taking over the Athletic Certification process in our area! You have been doing an amazing job in keeping up with this as well as making improvements to be more efficient. Thank you for all the work and collaborative efforts that you have done to make sure our student athletes are taken care of!!!

MONICA OLMEDO, University Registrar:
Our collaborations are not ones that take place everyday, but when we do work together I enjoy the attitude she brings, along with her knowledge and expertise.

LETICIA SAAVEDRA, University Registrar:
Lety is an awesome worker who is always willing to help and make things easier for me to do my job. I would be lost if not for her. Since day one of my arrival she has been an asset I cannot be without.

ACADEMIC RECORDS:
A special thank you to Robert and Amanda in Academic Records for your work with this spring’s End of Term processing. I appreciate all the coordination and collaboration that you do to make sure the processes run smoothly and accurately for our students. Thank you for a job well done!!!

DEGREE AUDIT, TRANSFER CREDIT AND ARTICULATION:
The staff in Degree Audit, Transfer Credit & Articulation are constantly working behind the scenes for our students, staff and faculty. They are doing an amazing job keeping up with clearing incoming transfer student’s unknowns so they can register for classes during Dog Days. Articulation is always looking for ways to improve and be proactive for incoming and continuing students articulated coursework. Not to mention keeping our DPR updated every year with all the catalog changes!!! I am so proud to be part of their team! Keep up the great work!!!

UNDERGRDUATE DEGREE EVALUATIONS:
The Undergraduate Degree Evaluations team just wrapped up reviewing 3,549 undergraduate degree applications and awarding 3,308 undergraduate degrees! Thank you for the work that you do for our students to obtain their well deserved Fresno State degrees! You are all rockstars!!! I know there are several new projects coming up to continue to assist our students with the knowledge they need to complete their academic journey here. I am proud to be part of your team!

VETERANS RESOURCE CENTER:
Robyn, Christy and Froy in the Veterans Resource Center provide the highest level of customer service to all of Fresno State’s military affiliated students and their families. Their service goes beyond a student’s academic career as they help them navigate community resources, VA paperwork, and more. They are an amazing group and am proud to have them on our team!

OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR:
I want to give a big shoutout to the Office of the University Registrar for consistently providing exceptional customer service! The team takes pride in their work and goes above and beyond to assist students, faculty, and staff whenever they are needed. Your hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed. Thank you so much for everything you do – you are amazing!

SERVICE WINDOWS TEAM:
The Service Window team and their lead Mariana continue to provide the best customer service to any student, parent, or staff they assist. I especially appreciate all their feedback and work as we continue to improve forms and workflows in our area. They always assist students the best they can, even when that means providing information or resources outside of our office! Thank you team for all you do! I truly appreciate you!!!

TRANSFER CREDIT ANALYSIS:
The team works extremely hard behind the scenes for both students and staff. Thank you for all that you do.

JENNY DIAZ, University Registrar:
Jenny, I don’t think a day goes by that you don’t save my bacon about something!!! I truly appreciate you and the dedication you have in your work for this University. It is a pleasure working with you. Thank you for everything!

ESTELLA GONZALEZ, University Registrar:
Estella was a huge help to me with a unique situation. She worked closely with Tech Services to test and resolved the issue while I was out of the office. Thanks to her, we were able to the solution with the student. Thank you so much Estella for her help on this one!

ESTELLA GONZALEZ, University Registrar:
Continually assists with our updates to students DPR/Military credits – she stops what she is doing and takes care of the student file immediately. Thank you Estella !!!

ISELA REZA-ROGERS, University Registrar:
Isela, how did I ever manage to work with you?!? You constantly save my bacon in all the work that you do!! I am so thankful to have you and your expertise assisting our office. I look forward to seeing what the future has in store for us! Thank you for everything!!!!

BELEN VERA, Services for Students with Disabilities:
Belen always works above and beyond for students, but she also went above and beyond for me by supporting with an intense student situation while I was out of the office. I feel very grateful for the work that Belen puts into everything she does, but I am very appreciative of her taking the reins in this situation (even if she might regret it! haha). Thank you, Belen!

LETY SAAVEDRA, University Registrar:
Lety, your positivity and approach in everything you do is extremely admirable. We are luck to have an employee like you who models Fresno State’s Principles of Community everyday!
