Congratulations to the following DOSAEM staff members on receiving High Fives in the month of August!

AMANDA ANDALON, Services for Students with Disabilities:
Amanda always goes above and beyond with her creativity. Her first year at SSD does not go unnoticed as she is a quick learner, a team player and shares positivity. So happy to have Amanda as part of our team!

MARIBEL OLEA, Admissions and Recruitment:
Thank you to Maribel Olea and her teammates for assisting me and the United Way of Fresno/Madera Counties with an urgent and time consuming research task. The willingness to jump in and assist and timely response were above and beyond. Thank you Admissions and Recruitment for making Fresno State a great place for students and for supporting our team! Keep up the great work — you are appreciated.

CYNTHIA RAMIREZ, TRIO Student Support Services – Disabilities:
Cynthia will soon be coming up on a year within her role, she has done a fantastic job of picking up the role and making it her own. She has helped revamp many projects in our program and I have seen her hard work and dedication to these projects. I have also witnessed her passion for helping our student population. Thank you Cynthia for all your hard work and dedication- it does not go unnoticed!

KOUA VANG, Financial Aid:
Koua provides detailed information whenever I present her with a student question/concern! She goes above and beyond to provide screen shots of the students individual situation/information which is definitely helpful when I am trying to work to explain something to a student. She has also been prompt and helpful during what I’m sure is a busy time and we appreciate her work! Thank you Koua!

UNIVERSITY ADVISING CENTER:
The University Advising Center team is such an amazing group of individuals! They are collaborative, ready and willing to assist students, and great team players with colleagues. Thank you for all the work you do for our students and campus community.

AMANDA AMBRIZ, University Registrar:
I want to give a shout out to Amanda for her exceptional customer service! Whenever I need to make updates for a student, she completes them promptly and with great care. She is always patient and kind, which makes working with her a pleasure. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication – it is truly appreciated!

ANDREW ESGUERRA, Student Involvement:
Andrew is amazing! Thank you so much for taking the time to show us around the RSU. Your kindness is greatly appreciated! We learned so much and had great information to take back with us. Thank you!

RIMA MALDONADO, Services for Students with Disabilities:
Rima is one who enters a room and her presence brings brightness and positivity. She always has a smile and words of encouragement. Rima always shows her colleagues and students respect and expresses kindness. We are very lucky to have Rima!
