August 2024 High Five Recap

Congratulations to the following DOSAEM staff members on receiving High Fives in the month of August!


SIERRA ESTRADA, Financial Aid:
Sierra is an incredibly valuable member of the Financial Aid team. Despite her workload and all she juggles, she is quick to respond to questions, and she goes out of her way to provide support. She truly embodies accountability, integrity, and dedication. Sierra has made such a positive impact on my experience as a Fresno State student and staff member, and I feel so grateful that she works here. Thank you, Sierra!!!

JESSE FARIAS, Admissions and Recruitment:
I want to recognize Jesse for his incredible dedication in our new CRM software rollout. Implementing a new system is always challenging, but Jesse has gone the extra mile, putting in extensive effort and showing great initiative to ensure everything runs smoothly for our team. His hard work and perseverance have been crucial in moving this project forward, and we’re all deeply grateful for his exceptional contributions.

CHEENOU XIONG, Admissions and Recruitment:
 I’m excited to take a moment to recognize Cheenou for his exceptional efforts in the successful initiation of our new CRM software. Implementing a new system is never easy, but Cheenou has gone above and beyond, dedicating countless hours and demonstrating remarkable commitment to ensuring a smooth transition for our team. His hard work and proactive approach have been instrumental in driving this project forward, and I want to express our collective gratitude for his outstanding contributions. Thank you, Cheenou, for your dedication and determination to making this happen – you are truly a key player in our team’s success!
