KATHY DUNBAR, University Advising Center:
Kathy goes above and beyond to meet not only student needs but also staff and faculty. She is responsive, caring, and handles student cases with care and diligence. She assisted in an urgent matter and provided clear guidance and open communication throughout the process. Although she is extremely busy, she took the time to ensure the matter was resolved in a timely manner. I could not thank her enough for being such a huge support and advocate for our students. Her time, dedication, work, and passion does not go unrecognized. She is one-of-kind!
KELLEY AVILA, Undergraduate Degree Evaluations:
Kelley helped with a unique situation to help one of our students get full credit for all of their work and experience, and made great suggestions so we could see them graduate on time. Thank you, Kelley!
Kelley deserves a huge round of applause for delivering exceptional customer service! I contacted her regarding an inquiry from another department, and she was able to provide immediate assistance despite it being peak time for her with spring graduation approaching. Kelley, you are simply amazing! I truly appreciate all that you do.

Melissa helped me better understand all the marketing efforts and strategies being executed at the Student Health and Counseling Center, and I couldn’t be more grateful! Being new to a department can be overwhelming sometimes, but Melissa walked me through everything with a smile. Without her guidance, I’m not sure where I’d be. Thanks, Melissa!
